Terms and Conditions

If you cancel your booking a minimum of 4 weeks before arrival date we regret that you will lose the deposit, however if a later booking is made at the time of cancellation within a 12 month period the deposit may be carried over. If a cancellation is made inside the 4 week period the deposit will be lost and 50% of the total booking will be incurred. If the room is re-let only the deposit will be lost. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday/travel insurance to cover any such events.

Non-arrivals

Non-arrivals will be charged the full rate of their booking made at the time.
