Tregoney House is situated on a hill approx 100 metres from the harbour front, and close to a choice of restaurants and pubs.
The house is a Georgian design grade 11 listed, built in the 1800`s.There are two steps up into the main entrance. Our location may make access for people with limited mobility difficult.

All our rooms are on the 3rd & 4th floors with only stairs to access them,although we are more than willing to carry your luggage to your room.
 
As we are situated in the village, access to the harbour, shops, pubs and restaurants are very near, because of this we have no parking, you are able to park in the village carpark (sunny corner) which is approx 1-2 mins walk away, for a minimal fee.
 
The bus stop is at the end of our road (50 metres). The local bus service will take you to St Austell train station which is also attached to the bus garage where you can connect to buses that take you to local villages and Eden
